Bonzer Limousine Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Bonzer Limousine Service. By booking with us, you agree to follow the guidelines below. These terms help ensure a safe, smooth, and enjoyable ride for every passenger.

Booking Your Ride

  • Deposit: You must pay a 20% deposit when you make a booking. You can request a refund if you cancel under our policy.

  • How to Book: You can book online, by email, or by phone. Please provide accurate details so we can plan your trip correctly.

  • Confirmation: We send a confirmation email after you book. Please check the details carefully.

  • Payment: You can pay the remaining balance in advance or directly to your chauffeur before the trip starts.


Cancellations & Refunds

  • SUVs: Cancel at least 24 hours before pickup to get a full refund.

  • Sprinters & Limousines: Cancel at least 48 hours before pickup to get a full refund.

  • Late Cancellations: If you cancel after the deadline, we charge the full trip amount.


Conduct During Your Trip

  • Professional Chauffeurs: Our chauffeurs stay professional, courteous, and punctual at all times.

  • Passenger Conduct: You must behave respectfully with our chauffeurs and inside the vehicle. Unsafe or inappropriate behavior may cause the chauffeur to end the trip immediately without refund.

  • Damage Fees: If you damage the vehicle, you must pay:

    • $250 for each carpet or seat burn

    • $250 for excessive cleaning


Alcohol, Smoking & Drugs

  • Alcohol & Drugs: You cannot use illegal drugs in our vehicles. You may drink alcohol only if the law in your area allows it.

  • Smoking: We do not allow smoking in any vehicle. If you smoke, we will add a $500 cleaning fee to your bill.


Additional Charges & Surcharges

  • Overtime: If you delay the pickup by more than 15 minutes, we charge standard overtime rates.

  • Late/Early Surcharge: We add a $20 fee for pickups between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM.

  • Other Fees: Extra stops, tolls, parking fees, or special requests may increase your total cost.


Safety Rules & Vehicle Capacity

  • Sunroof: Do not stand or lean through the sunroof at any time.

  • Seat Capacity: Every passenger must sit within the vehicle’s seating capacity.

  • Seat Belts: Wear your seat belt where the law requires it.


Weather, Delays & Vehicle Issues

  • Weather & Delays: Bad weather, unsafe roads, or accidents may delay or cancel trips. We prioritize your safety in every situation.

  • Mechanical Issues: If a vehicle experiences a mechanical issue, we will help you reschedule or adjust your trip.


Lost Items

  • Belongings: Please take all your belongings when you exit the vehicle. We do not hold responsibility for items you leave behind.


Changes to Your Trip

  • Trip Changes: If you change the route, add stops, or modify the booking, the price may change accordingly.
