Welcome and thank you for choosing Bonzer Limousine Service.

These terms ensure a safe, smooth, and enjoyable ride for all passengers. By booking with us, you agree to follow these guidelines.

Booking Your Ride

Deposit: 20% of the trip cost is due when booking. Fully refundable if you cancel within our policy.

How to Book: Reserve online, by email, or by phone. Provide accurate details for smooth planning.

Confirmation: You’ll receive an email confirmation—please check it for accuracy.

Payment: Pay your balance before your trip starts—either in advance or directly to your chauffeur.

Cancellations

SUVs: Cancel at least 24 hours before pickup.

Sprinters & Limousines: Cancel at least 48 hours before pickup.

Late cancellations will be charged in full.

During Your Trip

Professional Chauffeurs: Courteous, punctual, and trained for your comfort.

Passenger Conduct: Respect our drivers and vehicles. Unsafe or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate trip termination without refund.

Damage Fees:

$250 for each carpet or seat burn

$250 for excessive cleaning

Alcohol, Smoking & Drugs

Alcohol & Drugs: No illegal drug use. Alcohol is allowed only as per local laws.

Smoking: Strictly prohibited. $500 cleaning fee for violations.

Extra Charges

Overtime: After 15 minutes past the scheduled time, standard overtime rates apply.

Late/Early Surcharge: $20 for pickups between 12:00 AM – 6:00 AM.

Other Fees: Extra stops, tolls, parking, or special requests may add to your bill.

Safety Rules

No standing or leaning through the sunroof.

All passengers must be seated within the vehicle’s capacity.

Seat belts must be worn where required by law.

Weather & Delays

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to unsafe roads, extreme weather, or accidents. Your safety comes first.

Vehicle Issues

In rare cases of mechanical breakdown, we will work with you to reschedule or make up lost time.

Lost Items

Please check belongings before leaving the vehicle—we are not responsible for lost items.

Trip Changes

Any changes or extra stops not included in your booking may result in a price adjustment
